However: Versio has deployed an update which makes dedicated IP addresses no longer necessary for our webhosting and reseller accounts to install SSL certificates.

You can order a dedicated IP address for any server for 99 GBP ex VAT per year, per IP address. The price of a dedicated IP address is so high to reduce the demand for IP addresses, since there is a global shortage of IPv4 addresses. You can order a dedicated IP address by creating a helpdesk ticket.
