You can login to your customer panel at https://www.versio.eu/customer. On your left, you can click 'Your reseller packages' or 'Your webhosting packages' (depending on the kind of product you have). Subsequently, click overview, after which you will see an overview of all your accounts. Now click the magnifying glass and then click 'View details'. There you can reset your password.
