If the other party does not cooperate with the push request, then we can execute the push for you. We will require the following documents:
- Email or letter you have sent to the other party, requesting that they accept the push request. The request has to be done at least 3 business days ago, to give the other party the time to accept the push.
- If private domain holder: Copy of the pasport or ID document of domain holder.
- If business domain holder: Copy of company documents that show the applicant is acting on behalf of the company. And a copy of the pasport or ID document of the applicant.
We cannot execute the push if the documents do not show that the push request is done on behalf of the domain name holder.
Webhosting or reseller hosting
The only way to push a product between two different customer accounts, is by having the current 'owner' of the product approve the push request via his or her customer panel. If the relevant person / company doesn't want to cooperate, you must resolve this with the relevant person / company. If you have an agreement, you may consider enforcing a push through legal proceedings. Versio can and will not mediate in this.
