An e-mail has been sent to the administrative contact to approve the transfer. This e-mail contains a link for the administrative contact to click on. If you do not know who the administrative contact is, you can verify it in a whois. If the e-mail address is correct, but you haven't received an e-mail, please also check the spam boxes to see whether the mail has ended up in there. Should no e-mail have been received whatsoever, please contact us to have this e-mail resent.
Transfer waiting for Losing Registrar Approval
This status means that the transfer has been confirmed by the administrative contact and will have been transferred in 5 to 7 days, unless the current registrar approves the transfer sooner.

The transfer has been confirmed by the administrative contact, however, it cannot be carried out since the domain has a transfer lock. Please contact the current registrar with the request to remove the transfer lock from the domain. As soon as the lock has been removed, the transfer will automatically be launched within several hours.

This notification means that it is not possible to verify who is the administrative contact on the domain. This may be because the whois server is not responding correctly. Should this notification last longer than a day, please contact us so that we can check this. As soon as the administrative contact has been successfully found, the status will change into Transfer waiting for Admin Contact Approval.
Transfer Failed Since No Admin Response Obtained
The transfer has been cancelled because the administrative contact has not approved the transfer. The administrative contact for the domain receives an e-mail containing a link. This link is to be clicked to approve the transfer. It may also be that the administrative contact has not received an e-mail or that you do not know who the administrative contact is. This can be looked up on a whois website such as who.is.

The admin contact has received a transfer mail but has disapproved the transfer. For information on why this happened, you can contact the administrative contact or the current registrar.
Transfer Request Failed - Object status prohibits operation
This notification indicates that a transfer is not permitted. In 9 out of 10 cases, the domain is younger than 60 days or has already been transferred in the past 60 days. For domains with the extensions .COM/.NET/.BIZ/.INFO/.ORG it is not permitted to transfer them again within 60 days after registration.
Transfer Request Failed - Invalid authorization information
If you receive this notification, the EPP/AUTH/Transfer code you provided is incorrect. To this end, you can contact the current registrar for a new EPP/AUTH/Transfer-code. Should your EPP/AUTH/Transfer-code contain special symbols, you can contact us via our ticket system.
