Click "Create FTP account". You will see a screen that looks as follows:
First, select an FTP user name. We have used "gary" in the above-mentioned example. Then, enter a password, after which you select the access level of the FTP account.
Domain: This FTP user has access to public_html, private_html, post, domains and backup folders
FTP: This FTP user only has access to the public_ftp.
User: This FTP user only has access to the public_html/username/ . If we selected this option in the image above, the FTP user only has access to public_html/gary/ or http://www.site-helper.com/gary/. (If there is sub domain called gary.site-helper.com, this FTP user will also have access to that sub domain).
If the directory doesn't exist, it will be created automatically.
Click 'Create'.
