Login to your customer panel, click the category of the product on your left (such as: 'Your webhosting packages'), Click 'Overview' and click the magnifying glass next to the product you wish to cancel. Subsequently click 'Other options' and then 'Cancel'. After providing your password, the product is automatically cancelled and reimbursed if you are within the 14-day period.
SSL certificates
Login to your customer panel, click 'Your SSL certificates' on your left, and then click 'Overview' followed by the magnifying glass next to the product you wish to cancel. On this page, you can cancel your SSL certificate. The product will automatically be cancelled and reimbursed if you are within the 14-day period.
