Windows:
1. Click Start
2. Alle Programs
3. Proceed to Accessories
4. Click the Command prompt
5. Type the following in the command prompt: tracert domainname.extension
Example: tracert versio.nl <-- Please adjust this to your own domain.
6. Wait until it is done, you will see a notification "Trace complete".
7. Take a screenshot of this or select the result of the trace. You can do this by right clicking the screen and choosing select all. The text will be copied automatically.
8. Submit the results to us
Mac:
1. Open Applications
2. Open Utilities
3. Open Netwerk tools and click"traceroute"
5. Type the domain name or the IP address to which the traceroute must be performed
Example: versio.nl <-- Please adjust this to your own domain.
6. Wait for it to finish.
7. Take a screenshot of this or copy the result of the traceroute.
8. Submit the results to us
