Webhosting, reseller hosting and Cloudbox VPS
Log into your customer portal. In the menu to the left, click the category of the product (example: 'Your webhosting accounts'). Click overview and then click the magnifying glass behind the product you wish to cancel. When on the product page, click 'Other options' and then click 'Cancel product'. After entering your customer password, the product will be cancelled and credited if you are within the 14 day period after intitial purchase.
SSL certificates
Log into your customer portal. Click 'Your SSL certicates' in the left menu. After that click 'Overview' and then the magnifying glass behind the SSL certificate you wish to cancel. On this page you can cancel the SSL certificate. The SSL certificate will be cancelled and credited if you are within the 14 day period after purchase or validation of the SSL certificate.
Sitebuilder
Log into your customer portal. In the menu to the left, click 'Your domain names'. Click overview and then click the magnifying glass behind the domain name of the Sitebuilder you wish to cancel. When on the product page, click 'Sitebuilder' and then click 'Cancel Sitebuilder'. After entering your customer password, the product will be cancelled and credited if you are within the 14 day period after intitial purchase.
