Are you unable to login to your customer portal at Versio because you have forgotten your password and are you also unable to restore your password by using the email address you are registered with at Versio because you no longer have access to this email address? No worries! We can help you out.
Email us!
Send an email to support@versio.eu and tell us which account it is you lost access to. You also need to include some documents in your email:
Private account
Include a copy of your ID or passport. This document must not be expired.
Business account
Include a copy of your ID or passport and a copy of your company extract. Your ID document must not be expired. Your company extract must not be older than 3 months. The company extract must show that you are allowed to act on behalf of the company.
